Jenna Hochkammer (she/her) is an actress who was born and raised in Metro-Detroit.

She discovered her passion for performing at an early age while singing along as her Nana played classic Disney tunes on the piano. At the age of nine, she started taking musical theatre classes at a local performing arts company and never looked back.

She took classes in acting, voice and dance throughout middle school and high school and was excited that she was able to continue to pursue her dream during college. Jenna received her BFA in Musical Theatre from the University of Miami in Spring of 2022 where she had the opportunity to portray incredible women such as Sally Bowles in Cabaret and the Baker’s Wife in Into the Woods!.

Since graduating from UM, Jenna rediscovered her love for classical text after playing a leading roll in a new work based off the work of Lord Byron in the New York Play Festival. She is excited to announce she will be pursuing an MFA in Classical Acting at the Shakespeare Theatre Company Academy in DC, anticipating to graduate in July of 2024! 

Jenna is based in Washington D.C with local housing in New York City, Detroit and Miami.
